Enrollment & Tuition Agreement

By signing below, I (the undersigned parent or guardian) agree to the following terms and conditions for the 2026–2027 academic year at The Sycamore School:

1. Financial Obligation. I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for the total tuition of $11,000 for the 2026–2027 academic year, regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or any other circumstance, unless otherwise stated in writing by The Sycamore School administration.

2. Non-Refundable Fees. I acknowledge that the $800 enrollment deposit and the $750 activity fee are non-refundable under any circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal, dismissal, or family relocation.

3. Payment Plan. I agree to fulfill the payment plan selected above in full and on time. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of enrollment and forfeiture of the student's place.

4. No Refund Policy. Tuition payments made are non-refundable. In the event of withdrawal after the school year has begun, I remain responsible for the full tuition balance for the academic year.

5. Late Fees & Non-Sufficient Funds. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a $35 late fee. Returned or failed payments (NSF) are subject to a $75 returned funds fee. Accounts 30 or more days past due will accrue an additional $100 charge on top of any outstanding late fees. Accounts 60 or more days past due may result in the school exercising its right to deny the student attendance until the account is paid in full.

6. School Policies. I agree that my child and family will abide by all policies, procedures, and expectations of The Sycamore School as communicated in the Family Handbook and other school communications.
