Wide Horizons
"Wide Horizons" reflects our commitment to experiential learning and discovery. Through field trips, outdoor education, community partnerships, creative projects, and real-world experiences, students expand their understanding of the world and their place within it. We encourage children to be curious, ask questions, explore new ideas, and develop a sense of wonder about the possibilities that lie ahead.

The Sycamore School is housed in spacious, light-filled classrooms inside a stunning historic building in the heart of the Sycamore neighborhood. Large windows pour natural light into every room, creating a warm, calm environment where children can focus and thrive.

Our Approach
Two classes, K–2 (8–10 students) and 3–5 (10–12 students), keep relationships deep and instruction personal. Each class has a dedicated teacher, supported by a shared teacher assistant who floats between both classrooms. Our curriculum is clear in design, rigorous in expectation, and joyful in practice.
